Bring valid (unexpired) PHYSICAL passport for the TOEFL and GRE exams for identity verification.
Please note that your passport is the ONLY acceptable form of ID. You will not be allowed admission if you do not have your passport with you.
No photocopies or digital copies of passports. NRIC/Singpass/Other forms of documents not allowed.
ETS has strict security procedures. The passport is the only acceptable form of identification allowed for the TOEFL.
Please ensure your name on the passport matches exactly the name used in registering for the TOEFL exactly.
If you are under 15 years old, please arrive at the test centre together with your parent, guardian or an adult.
Your parent/guardian/adult companion will need to fill up a Parent Release form before you can sit for your test.
Accessibility:
Please note that STN 20658 is on the second floor of our centre and is accessible by staircase.
If you have a physical disability that prevents you from climbing stairs, we suggest you book your TOEFL and GRE at our centre on the first floor, via the Prometric site here and select test centre site code 8875.

We provide proper partitions between each desk (not flimsy paper cardboard!), Koss headsets, comfortable chairs that are height adjustable, large tables, writing materials, air-conditioning, and we sterilise and clean all surfaces.
