Studyworks is an authorized testing centre for Prometric Inc. We conduct computer-based testing for many different types of professional and academic tests and assessments that are hosted by Prometric, Inc.

Studyworks DOES NOT collect any payments and all your payments go directly to your test sponsor, NOT to us.

How to register or re-schedule for your Prometric test

We are unable to register or reschedule candidates for exams hosted by Prometric. Candidates will need to contact Prometric directly for such requests.

Important documents to bring for Test Day and Identification requirements

Please read your confirmation email carefully as it contains important information about your test, especially what ID is acceptable for your test.
Bring the correct ID as specified by your testing organization. The validity and number of acceptable IDs are pre-determined by your test sponsor.

Candidates who do not bring the correct ID will NOT be allowed to take the test. It is your responsibility to bring the correct ID.

Additionally, you may also bring your jackets/sweaters in case the exam hall is too cold.

If I’m Singaporean, why can’t I use my IC?

We follow the rules and regulations set by the test sponsor for the test that you are sitting for.

For tests by ETS, such as TOEFL, GRE, PRAXIS, please note the Singapore NRIC and Driving License DO NOT have a signature on them and will not fulfill the ID requirements. Please bring your passport.

For other tests, please refer to your requirements as stated by your test organization. Some tests may still require a secondary ID with signature.

When should you arrive at the test centre?

Please aim to arrive 45 to 60 minutes ahead of your scheduled test time to allow you to settle down, and help us process your check-in for the test.
For certain tests, there may be forms to fill out. Please do not be late as your lateness may affect other candidates testing at a later session.

For candidates taking their tests in the morning, our office will open 1 hour before your official test time.

The Prometric system may lock you out and disallow you from taking your test if you are late. We will not be able to override the system if this happens.

Studyworks is a testing location, and conducts many different tests. As test information, content, structure etc. vary from test to test, we advise you to check with your testing organization or test sponsor for the latest updates.

For tests that require calculators, please ensure that you bring the exact model that is allowed by your testing organization. We do not provide calculators and candidates with incorrect or unapproved calculators will not be allowed to use those calculators during their tests.
